Not sure which one to grab? Here's the short version:
Natural cypress and double mill hardwood give a soft, classic look and feed the soil as they break down. Hardwood also knits together, so it’s a good pick for beds on a slope.
Dyed mulch (black, brown, or red) holds bold color the longest — the favorite for front beds you want to pop.
Cedar playground chips are chunkier and softer underfoot, made for play areas and paths.
Southern Blend is a premium finish for the spot you really want to stand out.
Still torn? Tell us the look you're after and we'll point you to the right one.

Mulch FAQ
Measure length × width in feet, then plan on one cubic yard per ~108 square feet at 3 inches deep. Tell us your numbers and we’ll confirm.
Dyed mulch (brown, red, or black) holds bold color longer, so it’s popular for front beds. Natural cypress and hardwood give a softer, more organic look.
